Needing some answers...please help!

First off, my husband and I are eight months pregnant with our first baby. As far as I know we have both been monogamous for the last eight years. I was helping him out in the garage the other day and noticed some “chub rub” or skin chafing. No big deal, it was hot and I have gained 23 pounds so I just figured it was because of that. The following day I went shopping with my mom and wore a dress, made it a little worse so I put some diaper cream on it. Today I went shopping again and even with diaper cream it was horrible. I now have raised bumps on my inner thighs and even some rubbing on my vagina lips that cause it to look very enflamed. My question is, during the blood tests I have been given with this pregnancy have they checked into whether or not I carry the herpes virus? Or is that not checked out? Both my husband and I have been tested for STDs but it was years ago when we first started dating. I am just so scared it is herpes. 😭😢
