Most people really give crap to the people that work at Walmart, but I love breaking that stereotype. I actually love my job and see it more as a future than as something I have to do to pay bills. I enjoy helping my customers and getting to know them, and I love the relationships I build with my regulars. Today was the first time in my Walmart career that I was awarded a “Happy to Help” pin which is essentially an associate of the month sort of thing. Only one pin is given every month and it’s really hard to get in my store if you’re not working directly under upper management, which I’m not. I’m really excited about this and can’t wait to see what will come! I just wanted to share with someone because my whole family is at work and can’t read my texts until tonight and I’m exploding with joy and happiness lol. It’s the little things☺️
