my first time going through this....
My biggest fear was having a miscarriage... I dont know what to do with myself.. all i do is cry.. I feel like its my fault.. my fiancee hasn't really been around much so I feel so alone.. I know I ahould be happy it happens early in the pregnancy instead if later but we were so excited to be having another baby....
