What's your opinion?

So i wear make up pretty much everyday, esp cover up, in filling in my eyebrows. I feel so ugly without it. I know i am ugly but it makes me look human. I have acne scars, redness in some other flaws on my face. My cousin made the comment to me that i was fake because i hide all those things under make up. I feel bad because she's right. That's not how i look. So i am fake i guess. Do you think it makes you fake to hide your flaws? Maybe like false advertising.
