If it’s really dry you can try coconut oil or aquaphor. My 19 month old had eczema and we keep in under control with the eucerin baby eczema cream. It’s what I use all over his body, and then if he gets patches I’ll put aquaphor on the really dry spots

There are lotions in the baby isle! Johnson and Johnson. Personally I use Burt’s bees (my son breaks out from Johnson’s) humidifier in the room at night.
