I have pcos can I get pregnant

Hello, for yearsss I’ve been trying to figure out why I’ve had crazy periods so my doctor recommended birth control and it really didn’t work out so well so I got an IUD and it expelled which ended up making me lose 60% of my blood and I had to get a blood transfusion around August of last year. I was told that same exact night after getting my IUD removed and a ultrasound that I had PCOS but my OBGYN never really explained what it was or told me I couldn’t have children since then I’ve stopped all birth control methods and my periods have started to come pretty regularly. Starting o April 8, 2018 My boyfriend and I have been having sex basically everyday. And now my period is 8 days late is it possible for me to be pregnant btw I’ve had late periods longer than this before but this time is different because before my boyfriend and I would have sex at least 2 or 3 times a week because we didn’t live together but now we are and we’ve been having sex very frequently and I’ve been having some pregnancy symptoms but I can’t figure out if pms lol.
