Weight loss tips/advice needed !!
Will decreasing my calorie intake a little and working out for at least 30-40 minutes a day help with losing a pound each week??? I’ve been working out + restricting my calorie intake each day as well but haven’t seen a difference on the scale 😭. I weigh from 200lbs -205lbs. I thought since i weigh a lot the weight would start to come off a little each week if I changed my calorie intake.
