Did it with my ex for 3 with pregnancy SCARES only because my period is so irregular, once it was three weeks late. With my current bf we started with only condoms but now all we do is pull out or he puts on a Condom before he cums. So yeah no pregnancies with almost 4 years of pull out game 😊

We’ve been using the withdrawal method for over two years now, and using it exclusively since July 2017. I haven’t had a pregnancy scare at all since then, however my BFs pull out game is on point and I track my cycle as closely as humanly possible so we are not sexually active for at least a week out of the month while I’m ovulating or close to ovulating. Withdrawal can be effective if you’re also using the rhythm/cycle tracking method but it will always carry a high risk of pregnancy and STI/D transmittal so be very open and honest with your partner about whether or not it is the best form of BC for you as a couple. Pregnant is preventable!!!
