I’m so worried I had blood work done & it came back my blood counts were at 27 & anything below 33 can be bad meaning I was anemic I got put on iron pills and if that doesn’t work they’re going to start blood transfusions so I went back for my labs to determine what kind of anemia I had and it turns out my B12 was really low normal is 1200 and my count was 150 now I have to get B12 injections I don’t know what any of this means I’m just worried something can be wrong with my baby
