HELP!!! (gross pictures sorry)

So as long as I remember I’ve had pimple like bumps on my butt I used to pop them but it would hurt and only water like substance and blood would come out... today a white puss like things came out ! I don’t know what to do how do I stop this ?! I shower every other day so I don’t think it’s a hygiene problem ?
