Hopeful about nausea?!

My last two pregnancies I miscarried at 7 weeks and both ultrasounds (at the start of miscarriage) measured baby at 5.5 weeks... so my theory is they stopped growing around then and I miscarried a week and a half later. I’m now 6w3d and have had nausea today and yesterday... didn’t experience that with the last two pregnancies so I am hopeful this will be my rainbow 🌈 baby! Anyone have a similar experience?
