Headaches

I get really bad headaches on a DAILY basis and I don’t know why. The headaches usually include ALOT of lightheaded ness. I usually take an ibuprofen or a Tylenol in the mornings and I am good for the most day minus light head. Does anyone know of causes or is this connected to my period? Help?!?! Thanks in advance!!

Edit 1: it is hard to explain but the headaches are in the front/top of my head... does that make sense?
