Femara/Letrozole??

Question

Just checking to see who has had some positive effects of femara (letrozole) ?

We have “unexplained infertility” 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ and I’m starting femara today in hopes for a successful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> some time in the next week and a half. I have done a few rounds of clomid my body does not really respond well to it ! Thanks in advance !

Hello! Letrozole worked for me and I’m taking my second beta tomorrow. Got a vvvvvvfl around 8 DPO. Best TTC decision we’ve made! Good luck!

So here’s a funny story, did you guys also know how important Vitamin D is to fertility ?? (Conception and pregnancy) I did not! When I first started seeing my RE mine was an 8!! It’s suppose to me between 50-70!! Always keep an eye on it if your struggling !

My 1 year old son is the result of letro. It worked amazing for me.   My doc reccomended it instead of clomid because he'd seen more successful results out of it. We had been trying for a little over a year at that point with zero success.  But the month he put me on Letro bam we were pregnant.   I hope you get the same results!

I used famera 2.5 mg for the first time in January and got pregnant right away. I had twins, unfortunately I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy and had my left tube removed. Now she upped my dose to 5mg. Hoping for my rainbow baby this cycle! 🌈

Oh, sorry. I did 2.5 mg to begin with, which didn’t work. So, in the same cycle I did 5 mg. Had a 15 mm on one side on that Monday, had a positive OPK on that following Friday, then got a very faint positive on the next Sunday and Monday, and my BFP later in the day on the same Monday.

So today I am 1 week post iui after taking the femara... my mind has been so preoccupied with things I almost forgot I did the iui !! LOL. No symptoms.. I mean I know my body is playing some mental games with me like my exhaustion all weekend and today.   Fingers crossed 🤞 🤞🤞... if you want my honest opinion I think we missed a window, but I BD anyway before the iui and after so... we’ll see ..

Any of y’all get sick from the femara? I’ve been nauseous everyday, and the headache and hot flashes started third day in 😔🤮
