how do i lose 20 pounds in two months??

i currently weigh 135 and i am only 5’2. i have gained ten pounds since the new year, and my goal was to lose ten pounds. i havent gone to the gym at all this whole year and my eating habits have gotten so bad recently.

anyone have any helpful ideas for how to get back into going to the gym everyday/every other day and for losing the twenty pounds before july?? thank you!!!!!
