Is there any relief?

29 weeks and babygirl is on my sciatica nerve my left leg keeps going numb 😣has this happened to anyone else, if so was there anything you’ve done for relief??

yep it use to happen to me alot with my 1st. I would be going to the bathroom and it would be so numb. Very frustrating

I had problems a couple times, the only thing I did was just lay down on the leg that was numb and it helped a bit

The only thing that’s helped me is going to the chiropractor and getting massages! Stretching every morning seemed to help a bunch too but it still hurt pretty much all day but just not as bad I guess. I would just follow sciatica nerve stretches on YouTube and some other stretches my chiropractor helped me with! Hope that helps
