When did you get a BFP, comment with more specifics

I’m starting my first month TTC, I’m just curious as to when y’all finally got that BFP!

Trying since Sept 2017. After several painful short cycles I went to a different doctor and found I have hypothyroidism. No ammount of tricks and trying was going to work and even if it did I was likely going to miscarry. I started on medication mod Jan and two weeks later was staring at a faint line. I thought I could beat the odds. I didnt. Two weeks after that I miscarried at 6 weeks. 
Fast forward to May 2018 and afyer some recovery self love and few months of meds I am staring at another  positive test and blood levels higher than they were before. Here is to hoping little bean sticks this time
