So Thursday I am going to the doctors to talk/start birth control again. I am so scared to go back on it. I have been off of it for about 1.5 years because I just couldn’t take it anymore. When I’m on it I am so emotional. To the point I fall in a depression over the most simple things. But this really only happens when I take birth control.

I do get moody around my period, the normal irritation. But birth control makes it a weekly feeling.

I know that you guys aren’t doctors (or maybe you are) but do you have any recommendations on brands, or anything?
