I feel this tightening feel on my left side of my abdomen. I hit my peak fertility on the 3rd of May. Could this be an implant sign or is it too early for that? I also have some cramping and feel really tired lately. My breasts feel a little sore when I move my arms or have pressure on them. And for two days now I’ve had really bad heartburn.
