Severe tooth pain 37 weeks pregnant

The tooth was suppose to be removed, I was suppose to get it done earlier in my pregnancy but with work and having a one year old with 2 ear infections , I didn’t have the time to. The pain is unbearable right now and is giving me a major headache.

Is their anything I can take or anyone have any advice?
