4 cm dilated and no contractions
So I went to my 37 week appointment today. She said she’s ready and I’m 4 cm dilated so whenever I have contractions 5 minutes apart I can go into L&D.; My fear is that if I wait too long I will be too far dilated and I won’t be able to get the epidural. But I also haven’t had any pattern of contractions... advice!?
