March to May
Been too nervous to post this on social media since I’m not where I want to be, but progress feels good and I’m starting to feel more like myself again.
In the top pictures I’m 176 lbs-the highest weight I’ve ever been, and in the second row I’m 166 lbs.
I can hardly recognize myself in the first row but I remember how bloated, insecure and just downright uncomfortable I felt. I never want to get back to that place of hopelessness.

Can I just say how blown away I am by all of your supportive messages!?!! You ladies are incredibly sweet and totally rock. I fell off track yesterday but your comments totally motivated me to get my ass up and keep grinding!!
I’m trying my best to get back to everyone’s comments & messages but there are sooo many, it’s taking me a while. I see them and they’re not being ignored, promise.
