Low sperm count? Blood results?

So I went to my doctor just to ask for some advice on getting pregnant, to find out if there’s any reason it’s maybe taking longer than I’d anticipated to get pregnant.

She took some blood tests when I was on Cycle Day 2 to test my hormone levels, and all have come back normal. She also tested me for Rubella, and I’m rubella immune so that’s great.

However, she’s referred my partner for a sperm analysis, and I was just wondering, if it were to come back that there’s a problem with him, is there many treatment options? I know with women there’s so many options if there’s something wrong with ovulation etc; but I never hear of treatment if there’s a low sperm count or problem with the sperm.
