What do I pack for a C section?

Hi. So I found out today that baby is breech at 38+1. I have been booked in for a c section. I'm a little disappointed but just want everything to be safe. My question -
What should I pack in my hospital bag now I'm having a c section?
How many baby grows?
How many nappies?
I just want to be prepared and I've no idea!

I'm having a scheduled csection also (3rd one) and I packed only 1 outfit and one sleeper for baby, 2 blankets (1 for the dogs at home to smell before I come home), and my stuff- 2 night gowns, 1 set of clothes that will be loose. don't pack anything that will ride on your bikini line. the hospital usually gives you net maternity undies and those are the most comfortable. I also packed a travel size shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrush and tooth paste, and hairbrush with two hair ties. you can pack some "granny panties" if you don't like or don't get the panties the hospital gives you. other then that, the hospital usually supply diapers, wipes, shirts/gowns and blankets  for baby while you are there depending on your hospital. good luck!!!

I had an unscheduled c-section and therefore didn’t pack specifically for it. I wore the hospital gown a lot, we didn’t have any visitors and it was the easiest for them to check me. But I also brought oversized sweat pants and used the mesh underwear (it was way more comfortable than the underwear I had). Aside from that stuff I brought my toiletries and a going home outfit for baby. The hospital allowed us to take home blankets and hats for our dogs to smell. Also, I was only in the hospital for 3 days and 2 nights, so I didn’t need much. Hope that helps!

Not c-section specific, but I find hospital pillows really unpleasant so I brought my own last time and have it ready to go this time too. It was sooo nice to have
