Cold/flu symptoms before labor?

39 and 1 today, and I woke up with a horrible sore throat, runny nose, and cough. Was wondering if this was a sign of labor or if I’m just sick. Google search was ineffective so I thought I would ask y’all.

Pregnancy does weird things to us.  I know when I mouth breathe, I get a sore throat, so it could be pregnancy related.  BUT there is also still strong cold activity right now.  My youngest is on his second cold in two weeks.  I imagine if there are colds going around here, they are going around elsewhere.

I’m almost 40wks-Idk if it’s labor related but I’ve been sick with a cold for the past week and still not better. I haven’t been sick my entire pregnancy until now- great timing!

I’m 40+5 and been dealing with this for 3 days now. No signs of baby at all for me.

I’m currently going through this right now at 38 weeks. I hope it goes away before I give birth, I don’t want the baby getting sick :(

Yeah I had a dr appointment today and baby is no where near engaged so I'm guessing we are all just sick unfortunately:/
