Changed The Way I Eat
So I changed the way I eat yesterday I bought
1% Low fat Milk
Low fat Skim string cheese
Whole Wheat Breakfast Sandwiches
Organic Strawberries
Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Banana's
Avacados
Kewi's
Skinless Chicken Brest (found a recipe for crock pot meats to help loose weight)
Low Fat Yogurt
24 bottles of spring water
Eggs (read they also help with a healthy diet)
I also started taking a dietary supplement and Cinnamon Metabolism Support capsules and do I downloaded this app called Weightloss Coach to start a daily workout schedule...
Any tips on what else I can do to lose weight or is all this good enough? My OB/GYN told me my Testosterone levels where 2.7 they are supposed to be 2.3 and they are making me not ovulate like I should be so I need to loose some weight that it might help.
