Does anyone have any tips about cramps? I know all of the usual painkillers, hot water bottles and stuff but recently my cramps have been so bad I can’t actually deal with them. Like last night I had to sit on the edge of my bed at about midnight because I was feeling so sick with the pain and today it was so bad even my PE teacher noticed and had to check I didn’t need to go to the nurse. Is there anything you guys do to help? Also I get normal cramps all month and they like double or triple in pain when I come on.
