you need to let them know because your being sexually active with two different men and you dont know who either of these men have slept with in the past or are sleeping with now. Also my personal opinion if you arent telling them I'm assuming it's because it was never said that you could or couldnt sleep with other people which means there is some exclusivity and they deserve to know.

you should at least let them know you aren't the only one you're sleeping with. why? because they think you're exclusive and that isn't fair to them. 
on the other hand, just make sure you're being safe and using protection
