I hade my life kind of day

I went to the hospital on Saturday because I had pain in my left side thee I got told my hcg level is 19.6 so I knew it will happen because last Wednesday it was 45. But this morning I woke up and started bleeding really heavy the test I took is negative too. I am depressed why does this happen to me after I had to go through a lot of pain in January when I had the ectopic pregnancy an now this. I just can't believe it.
