Is this positive?

Is this a positive ovulation test? My periods are irregular so I don’t know what cycle day I’m on. This is my first test out of the First Response ovulation pack. I had been using the AccuMed brand of off amazon and could never get a positive. Thoughts appreciated!

I thought this was a pregnancy test at first and was like "how the hell can you not tell that's positive?!" Haha.

Not 100% positive but it’s dark enough that it means you will get your surge any time now, so I would consider it a positive. I use this brand and a true surge is darker than the control line, but I bet if you were to test again in a couple hours your test would be as dark or darker than the control line.

Pretty dark close. I don’t use this brand and for mine the second line is darker than the control line when positive
