Can some one please explain this scan to Me?

I have 4 babies and never seen a potty shots like this so I'm not sure what I'm looking at... I think not seeing her  legs is what is throwing me off.

Lol it’s an awkward picture but that’s for sure a girl! He’s legs are spread wide open like she’s doing the slips(the purple are her legs) and the white area is where her genitals are you just can’t see the three likes good because the US tech put the arrow to close hope I helped a little!

For a girl they look for 3 lines. If you google 3 lines girl you’ll see what I mean. Xx

Looks to be like a girl..  however I feel like the arrow is pointing to the leg and its really throwing me off..
