Blighted ovum very early on?
this will be my second time posting about it, so if you're seeing this for a second time I apologize😔. Has anybody else had experience with this? I started spotting Saturday around noon bright red, with very mild cramps and went in to the ER. They ran several tests. The ultrasound tech said that I was measuring under 5 weeks, which makes since because I only ovulated a little over 3 weeks ago just a few days before my missed period. The blood test showed my levels were where they were supposed to be at 9500. They saw the yolk sac but they did not see the fetal pole, so the doctor said I had a blighted ovum and recommended I follow up for a blood test asap with my ob. I've been spotting brown blood since then with mild cramps. Has anyone had this happen and it not been a miscarriage? I've lost my pregnancy symptoms and dropped 3 lbs in the past 3 days. It just doesn't feel real to me.
