Nightly painful BH

I’m 37weeks and I have been having BH contracting for like 6 weeks. This last week though they have been painful and about 7 minutes apart for 4-5 hours. It totally sucks. Saw my doc today and they are not even changing my cervix. Uggggggghhh, my first came at 38 weeks but I never had this with her. It just frustrating being in pain every night and nothing happening. I know it’s early but it feels like she’s trying to pull the escape hatch but just not starting :(. Just needed to vent
