Am I right to report her??

Alright, so I work in a Deli at Walmart. The area I live in is huge on camping and stuff during this time of year because the weather is nice and it’s warm out. It gets so freaking busy that it’s not funny. I am still new here. I am still learning and have not had proper training yet. They also keep changing the rules like every week. I am one of the ones that cooks all the food that’s ready to serve, serve it, and cut meat and cheese. A 3 person job being done all alone because we are so short staffed because people keep quitting. Today, my manager called in sick, so we were down another person. My other coworker was the person in the back making the fresh salads and sandwiches. If I need her help, she’s supposed to come help me and today she didn’t. She has gotten in trouble for being too slow at everything she does. Well, when the 2 women came for closing shift I was just getting back from lunch and had 1 hour left to work. They are both old women and the 1 woman immediately started being a giant asshole to me. She was yelling at me and bossing me around saying “she’s sick of getting here and picking up our slack” “she’s sick of thing’s being empty and dirt” and stuff like that and when I said it was just me and the one lady she said “that’s no excuse”. She then went on to complain how hard it is for 2 people to do the job. No shit! Neither of them have to make sandwiches or salads. They have each other on the floor, I was doing the floor all alone! During this time of year, it’s nearly impossible to keep food in the hot case. I am just really sick of being treated this way. All the ladies besides 3 (total of 7 counting me) are complete assholes. Oh, and they both sat there and talked shit on me and the other lady behind the kitchen door not knowing I could hear them. Am I right to report her to management? I want to take it to the big boss, because I’ve told management before and they haven’t done a damn thing.
