This isn’t considered morning sickness?

I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I haven’t had any sickness but today after I ate lunch I felt super sick! Likecould have puked but I took a nap and I still feel sick 😢
Is this the start to my morning sickness

It could be. Or your body could just be reacting to what you ate. Morning sickness can hit any time of day.

You may also need to try and eat slowly. Too much in your stomach can make you feel nauseated.

That’s how mine started lol exactly at 6 weeks. It can be at any time of day. Nausea = morning sickness to me! I can’t eat heavy meals, I can’t eat certain foods, I can’t go too long without eating and if not then boom, I’m sick!!!
