Please help me 😪 4 weeks today

Today is my 4 week mark. Also was supposed to start my period today. I’ve taken multiple test confirming pregnancy. But today I was surprise by this... after hours it progressed. Followed by mild cramping... which I’ve been having for 2 weeks already so I didn’t think much of it.
