Controlling PMS anger?

How do you ladies control your PMS.... I live in a house with two other girls who do not feel the need to go away while they are PMSing.... I feel bad but I don't know how to control it.

i get extremely angry while PMS-ing! the only thing that has helped is yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises.
