Hey 👋🏾 I’m new to the group, I just finished a 91 day cycle with the help of 10 days of progesterone 🙌🏾, now I am on cycle day 8 and waiting for ovulation, I just wanted to say if you’re feeling discouraged try to hang on. Just focus on eating healthy, exercise, and taking your prenatal vitamins along with a little extra folic acid supplement. Your time will come.
