Where can I go to get my blood type?

I want to know what kind of blood type I have but I don't know where I can get tested for it.

If you donate blood or have your doctor request a blood test to type it

I'm o-... I found out when I was pregnant because my daughters blood type is different than mine and her blood mixing with mine could kill me. I had to get 2 shots to protect me.  but they do tell you if you donate with red cross

Unless you donate or are in need of blood, they won't test you. I asked years ago and they wouldn't. I only found out I was A- recently at 27 due to pregnancy.

Your primary doctor, if you donate to the Red Cross they’ll tell you.
