So I knew I was pregnant already at 6/7DPO this month. I must’ve implanted early. I had the cramping and then crazy hunger. I didn’t want to test too soon though because I was so nervous. I waited until my period was late by one day and took a test and got my faint positive. Assumed that my urine was too diluted but two hours later I started heavy cramping and then miscarried. My temp had also dropped that morning. I had also been dark brown spotting in the mornings from 10 DPO until the morning I miscarried at 14 DPO.

Why does this happen?? Is it possibly low progesterone?
