Take a Tablespoon of activated charcoal and add to about 8 oz or a full cup of apple juice. Stir to blend, drink. Kinda gritty and tastes like grape juice instead but drinking 2 of those (one when it started and one a few hrs later) I got rid of my UTI in 24 hrs. Also remember it HAS TO BE ACTIVATED CHARCOAL.
