curly blonde hair

I’m looking for recommendations for hair care products for my 1 year old. A few month ago her once straight hair started getting really curly and she now has a crazy curls nest 😂 she hasn’t had a haircut  ever, but her hair is getting super dry and because I’ve never had curls I have no idea how to care for it. A friend recommended Johnson’s no more tangles shampoo and conditioner, which actually helps for the dryness, but makes her eczema worse so I’m not using it anymore. I’m looking for somethings organic, or at least perfume free. Any recommendations for brushes/combs are welcome as well!
