I keep feeling a pulse in my stomach and it’s super strange. Can’t tell what it is but I can see my stomach beating with my heartbeat but it feels very strange. Any thoughts on what it could be

It's your inferior vena cava. A large blood vessel that comes down from your heart through your abdomin. Totally normal, everyone has one. 😊 The reason pregnant women can't lay on their back is so the baby doesn't compress it.
