IBS, conception, conceive well plus

So I have 2 kids already, youngest is 2y 3m old. we decided when he was 4mo to start trying again for our 3rd and final bubba but as you can guess by the fact I'm posting it hasnt happened, we have done testing and nothing is wrong with either of us..

I have recently been told untreated IBS can be a cause, can anyone confirm or deny this??

I have suspected it ever since having my youngest and just started treating this month which has helped me alot with how I feel already.

Also I found Conceive well plus today and got it, has this helped anyone conceive? I don't know much about it but figured no harm trying
