I need to lose 10-15 lbs before my second trimester! Help!!
This may sound crazy to some but I am 8 w and 5d pregnant 🤰🏽💜 I want to drop 10/20 pound before I get into my second trimester. I know I'm going to gain weight as it's part of having a baby but I wanna be strong and healthy as well. I do not want preeclampsia as it could do more harm than help. I have to eat daily and sometimes when I don't want to to nourish my love lump lol any tips or suggestions for new moms trying to get fit ? Probably should of done it ahead of time but I'm here now and want to make it right.
