Can i nap with contact lenses in?

I fucked up once and fell asleep with colored contacts in and woke up with them not on my pupil, but like over to the side a bit, I couldn't see and it was a bitch to take them out. I wouldn't suggest it.

I sleep in mine all the time. I have acuvue Oasis. Everytime I have to the eye Dr they yell at me, but then my eyes are perfectly healthy. That always seems to make them mad. I think it depends on the person. I personally have been doing it for 11 years with no eye issues.

it depends on the type of contacts. some you can and some you cant. you should google it or ask your optometrist. my optometrist gave me the kind where you can nap in them, even a long nap  (i asked because my naps are are usually 2 hr). but again, it depends

It depends on what kind you have. The ones I have are approved for up to six days of continuous wear. Most now are OK to wear longer. I would think a nap is fine but always best for overnight to take them out.

No my sister has done that before and they got hard in her eyes and they got infected. It literally traumatized her so now she wears glasses only.

Yes you can. Nap yes. Short 30 min hour nap. Sleep overnight NO.
