Tim Hortons coffee - first trimester
Anyone here drink Tim Hortons coffee? I know you should limit your caffeine while pregnant, but I’ve done some caffeine research! I’ve read no more than 200 mg of caffeine a day. I like to have one coffee a day and found this!
Anyone else have some input or suggestions?
