Implantation/ovulation

I'm new at this so I'm not sure what everything means yet. But it says my ovulation was July 5-July 9. How can I tell how many days past ovulation I am? Does it start from the 5? also we did it everyday except two days during the time, a Saturday and a Monday. But did it every other day up until the 5 (1-4) and everyday after Monday..are my chances good? Since Monday my boobs have been so sore and I just started having light on and off cramping. Period is due 7/21! Fingers crossed!
