EDD April 28th. Delivered via Planned Induction on May 6th, 41w+1d. Broke my water at 8 am, Pitocin started around 11:45, labored unmediated until 3:45, then received the epidural. It only numbed my left side so I still felt everything on the right. It hurt like crazy, but I’m actually glad I was able to experience it (I know it’s not the same as fully unmediated) since I wanted a natural birth. He came out within 4-5 pushes. I whooping 9lbs, 22.5 inches long 😍💙 I did not tear, which still seems crazy to me - but I’m SO thankful!! He is my second born and second boy💙 my first only weighed 7.5lbs & 20.5 inches, delivered 40w+5d. We are so in love!!
