Pre-workout drinks and Protein shakes

I just found out yesterday I was pregnant and wanted some advice on working out and the supplements I drink. I typically get up super early and drink pre-work 20-30mins before working out. I checked the label on the back and it says nothing about avoiding if pregnant, or trying to conceive. I understand that I need to limit my caffeine intake to 2 cups of coffee throughout a 24 hour cycle. I typically have a protein shake after working out (which has zero caffeine but wanted to know if it's safe - again no avoid if pregnant on the label) and then a cup of coffee late morning. I'm so early in my pregnancy that I haven't even scheduled a doctor's appointment to ask, so I was hoping you ladies could help me out! 🙏😘
