Did I ovulate?

I have PCOS. I have sharp right ovary pain yesterday and severe hot flashes today. Also watery CM. I don’t produce EWCM.

I have pcos as well & in each of my pregnancies (heavenly babies due to various reasons) I never tempted & when I did use "OPK's" I never got a dark line, only faint. I know these help lots of women, but with pcos, it can be tricky...
